MISSION
Victory is earned through preparation, unity, and faith—on and off the field—by developing disciplined, competitive, and Christ-centered young men.
Victory Baseball is a competitive high school baseball program serving home-school athletes across Central and Northern Virginia. Founded in 2024, the program has grown rapidly and, in 2026, will field both Junior Varsity and Varsity teams, providing expanded opportunities for player development, competition, and progression.
Victory Baseball draws dedicated student-athletes from across the region, including Fredericksburg City, Stafford County, Spotsylvania County, Fairfax County, Alexandria City, Prince William County, Caroline County, Orange County, King George County and Hanover County. Our players come together with a shared commitment to excellence, discipline, and teamwork—creating a highly competitive environment that prepares them for the demands of high-level high school baseball.
The program is led by an experienced and diverse coaching staff with deep ties to the game and the community. Our staff includes a blend of returning coaches, former players, and seasoned leaders, bringing continuity, mentorship, and proven baseball knowledge to every practice and game. This collaborative coaching approach allows us to focus on individual player growth while building cohesive, competitive teams.
Victory Baseball emphasizes more than just performance on the field. We are committed to developing well-rounded young men by fostering character, leadership, accountability, and sportsmanship within a supportive Christian framework. Through structured training, competitive scheduling, and a team-first culture, our athletes are challenged to grow both as players and as individuals.
As we move into the 2026 season, Victory Baseball continues to raise the standard—expanding our reach, strengthening our teams, and preparing our athletes to compete with confidence and purpose. Victory Baseball Store is Now Open!
Victory Baseball is excited to announce the launch of our Official Store on SquadLocker. The store features a variety of Victory-branded apparel and gear for players, families, and supporters—perfect for representing Victory Baseball on and off the field. This store also serves as a fundraiser for the program. Ten percent of all sales go directly back into Victory Baseball’s budget, helping support equipment, facilities, and overall program costs.
