FBS wants to have scrimmage as follows: “We would like to conduct the scrimmage with coaches working together to have the opposing team run certain defenses that would give both teams the opportunity to work on special situations to prepare for the season instead of just playing a game.”   This will be a VB-B game played by the JVB-A Team
