The Most Improved Award
is presented to the player who has shown the most improvement during the current season. Players can improve in various ways be it defensive, offensive, leadership or other areas.

The Spirit Award
is “Presented annually by the Volleyball Director to the athlete who best demonstrates, throughout the season, the true spirit of Victory Volleyball. It is given not only for hard work and personal improvement, but for a willingness to understand, to learn, to enter into a partnership with coach and teammates in an effort to recognize one’s full potential.”
